Ellen Tibbetts (b. 2000, Dubuque, IA) is an interdisciplinary artist residing in Cincinnati, OH.

Working in digital illustration, photography, watercolor painting, and printmaking, Tibbetts explores how media and technology shape one's social behavior and their sense of belonging to a place and community.

Tibbetts’ interest in virtual media environments grew from her involvement in fandom culture and interest in the role social media plays in creating a sense of community.
